Our name comes from our father and grandfather, respectively. “Pop”, as we called him, was also Dr. Charles W. Watson. He took great care of hundreds of South Toledo families for 45 years and had a love for flavorful food and spirits. In his memory, we opened Doc’s in 1995 to bring you the highest quality, freshest food and drink, complimented by friendly and prompt service.

Our brisket, pulled pork, andouille sausage, and beef tenderloin are smoked in-house. Our soups are homemade and our salads are made to order. Be sure to ask your server about our delicious daily and weekly specials. We hope you enjoy your visit and please let us know how we can serve you better.
